Archiving and Repository Policy

The Electronic Journal of Business and Management (EJBM) is committed to the long-term preservation, accessibility and discoverability of its published scholarly content. This policy explains the journal’s approach to digital preservation and author self-archiving.

Archiving and Preservation

EJBM preserves its published content through the Public Knowledge Project Preservation Network (PKP PN). The journal also maintains access to published issues and articles through its online archive. In the event that the journal website becomes unavailable or the journal ceases publication, preserved content may remain accessible through the relevant preservation arrangements.

Repository and Self-Archiving

EJBM permits authors to deposit the submitted version, accepted manuscript and published version of record in institutional repositories, subject repositories, funder repositories, personal websites or other scholarly repositories.

No embargo is applied by EJBM for the deposit of the published version of record. When depositing any version, authors should cite the original publication in EJBM and include the article DOI and official article landing page where available.

Licensing

Published articles are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright of their work and grant EJBM the right of first publication.

Policy Review

This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure that EJBM’s preservation and repository practices remain clear, transparent and aligned with recognised standards for open access scholarly publishing.
