The basic aim of this report is to identify how financial reward affects the job performance of employees. The research also discusses the critical role of job motivation in the hospitality industry specifically within the Klang Valley region. Using a quantitative research methodology, the study found that both financial rewards and job motivation are perceived by employees as vital competencies for improving their performance. The findings suggest that these factors not only boost individual output but are also effective organizational tools for enhancing overall productivity and worker engagement. This study serves as a valuable resource for human resource management to identify performance drivers and solve employee-related challenges
