Downloads
The purpose of this qualitative study is to explore the challenges faced by working women and their perceived support during remote work in Malaysia. It emphasizes how perceived support affects the management of challenges and the maintenance of Work-Life Balance (WLB). Adopting a basic qualitative research strategy with an inductive approach, the study identifies specific hurdles encountered while working from home. The research discovered that while certain supports foster a positive attitude toward WLB, there is a notable lack of organizational support which negatively impacts women's physical and mental well-being. These results provide deep insights for organizations to better understand the perspective and experiences of women in a remote work setting.
