The main purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leadership styles and job satisfaction among employees in Malaysian private organizations. Using a Simple Random Sampling method, questionnaires were distributed to a conglomerate company. From the 377 surveys delivered, 118 valid responses were collected and analyzed. The research focused on two primary leadership styles: Transformational and Transactional leadership. The findings indicate that both leadership styles are significantly and positively related to job satisfaction. The study suggests that understanding these factors helps management improve employee relationships and retention strategies, serving as a guideline for organizational performance.
