Millennial employees (Generation Y) are recognized as talented, performance-driven, and quick learners. Given their importance in the modern workforce, this study investigates the factors contributing to job satisfaction among millennials in the beverage manufacturing industry of Pakistan. Specifically, the research analyzes the influence of three independent variables: Recognition & RewardLeadership Support, and Growth Opportunities on the dependent variable, Job Satisfaction. Data was collected using a quantitative approach from a sample of 151 millennial workers (ages 24–35) at two industry giants: Coca-Cola Pakistan and PepsiCo Pakistan. The study aims to provide Human Resource departments with insights on how to retain and satisfy this specific demographic to ensure organizational success.
