This research investigates how the COVID-19 pandemic influenced the intentions and motivation of international students to pursue higher education in Malaysia. The study explores the relationship between four independent variables—Student Personal Motivation, Low Tuition Fees, Institutional Reputation, and the Image of Malaysia—and the Student's Intention to Study. COVID-19 was analyzed as an influencing mediator. Data was collected via a Google Forms survey from 200 international students globally (49% Asia, 24% Africa, 10% America, 5.5% Europe, and 11.5% others). Using SPSS for data interpretation, the study aims to contribute to theory development and provide a roadmap for future researchers to explore the post-pandemic landscape of Malaysian Higher Education (MOHE).
