This study investigates the factors contributing to turnover intention among working adults in Brunei Darussalam. The research specifically focuses on three variables: Ethical Climate, Work-related Stress, and Organisational Commitment. Data was collected using a self-administered questionnaire from 200 respondents via a convenient non-probability random sampling method at a local shopping mall. The findings revealed that Work-related Stress and Organisational Commitment have a significant relationship with turnover intention. Interestingly, Ethical Climate was not found to be a significant predictor in this specific context. The study provides a roadmap for employers in Brunei to reduce attrition by managing stress levels and fostering higher commitment within their workforce.
