This research investigates the factors affecting job satisfaction within Brunei’s telecommunication sector, an industry noted for high levels of employee dissatisfaction. The study focuses on three primary determinants: Leadership, Knowledge Management, and Management-Employee Relations. Data was collected via survey questionnaires from 120 employees across various telecom companies in Brunei. Correlation analysis was performed to test the relationships between these determinants and overall job satisfaction. The findings reveal that all three factors have a significant positive relationship with employees’ job satisfaction. The study provides a framework for management to improve retention and satisfaction in a high-pressure industry.
