The Electronic Journal of Business and Management (EJBM) invites scholars and practitioners to submit manuscripts for Volume 11 (2026). We welcome original research, reviews and case studies that address contemporary challenges in business strategy, economics, and intelligent systems for our quarterly issues in March, June, September, and December.

This issue brings together original research and perspective pieces that examine how enterprises, institutions, technology, migration, and global care systems are being reshaped in rapidly changing contexts. The articles explore SME performance and institutional support in Ethiopia, reintegration after return migration in Pakistan, supply chain resilience in Nigerian manufacturing, AI empowerment and decision intelligence among Gen Z-led SMEs, and the role of big data analytics and inventory management in sustainable supply chain practice. Complementing these contributions, the perspective essay on medical tourism marketing interrogates the discourse of distant care and its sustainable paradox. The issue offers timely, interdisciplinary insights into enterprise development, mobility, analytics, resilience, and the social narratives that shape contemporary economic and organizational life across diverse regional settings.
