Employee productivity is critical to an organization's success and is influenced by factors like goals, business processes, and employee wellness. This study specifically analyzes the impact of Employee Engagement and Work Culture on productivity within the Indian IT industry. Using descriptive analysis, Pearson’s Correlation, and Multiple Regression on primary data, the research found that the independent variables explain 45% of the variance in productivity. Interestingly, the statistical analysis revealed that while Work Culture has a strong relationship with productivity, Employee Engagement does not show a significant impact in this specific study. The findings emphasize the need for improving culture initiatives for organizational sustainability.
