This study explores the impact of Transformational Leadership and Creativity and Innovation on the organizational performance of major mobile telecommunication operators in Malaysia. The research addresses the challenge of rapid technological changes, where service providers must adapt to bridge performance gaps and achieve competitive advantage. The proposed model positions the CEO’s transformational leadership as a catalyst for building a creative and innovative workforce. The study examines specific dimensions of leadership (intellectual stimulation, individual consideration, idealized influence, and inspirational motivation) and organizational factors of creativity (structure, strategy, support mechanisms, and behavior) to determine their collective relationship with organizational performance.
